iExperts offer a mail in repair service with a same day repair. Your repair will be completed on the same day it is received and on its way back to you.

iExperts will cover the return postage for you!

Please use the following steps for this service.

  1. Call 1300 500 511 to ensure parts availability.
  2. Download and complete the iExperts Repair Form here.
  3. If your iPhone is in a working state, please back it up by connecting it to iTunes, right clicking on your iPhone icon when appears, and selecting “Back Up”.
  4. Send your parcel to us using registered post, or a courier service. We recommend bubblewrap and a small box to protect your device.
  5. Our Postage Address Is:

  6. Please include your contact details, an email address (for the PayPal invoice) and a quick description of the repair required so we can get working on it straight away.
  7. We will contact you when we receive your iPhone & email a PayPal invoice once the repair is complete.
  8. You can pay your invoice using your PayPal Account or a credit card. We prefer PayPal as it offers both you and us security, and we don’t need to know your credit card details.
  9. You will be notified upon dispatch.

Note:

1. iExperts will endeavour to fix your iPhone within 24 hours.
2. In the rare case of parts not being in stock, a delay may occur. Any delays will be notified immediately.
3. Water damage repairs may take up to 7 days before a determination about whether it can be fixed is notified.
4. We prefer you use a method of delivery that requires signature delivery as it ensures that it is delivered directly to our front desk.
